    Shipping and delivery

    What delivery methods are there to choose from?
    Your order is delivered directly to you by letter or to your postal agent.
    What are the shipping costs?
    Depending on the weight of your goods, including the packaging of the products, a shipping fee is calculated. If you order for more than a certain amount (see below) the shipping is free. It differs depending on which country you order from.
    You always see what the shipping costs before you make your payment. Below is the order amount to get free shipping to the countries we deliver to from the web shop.

    How long does it take before I receive my order?
    We will send goods to you within 48 hours (non-holiday days) after you have placed your order. After that, it takes about 2-7 days to deliver your order. This depends on the country you are ordering from.
    How do I pick up my package?
    If it is not delivered to you directly, you will pick up your package from your postal agent. Bring identification.
    I wrote the wrong email address in the order, can I still pick up my package?
    Contact us at Skigo and we will help you correct your information.
    To which countries do you deliver?
    From shopen.skigo.se we deliver to the EU countries, Norway and Russia. For other countries, we refer to contact by e-mail or telephone, we will do everything we can so you can get your Skigo product.
    I did not receive everything I ordered, what is meant by residual listed products / goods?
    It happens that we can not send all goods at once, this is because the stock balance did not match the order. When this happens, we still send the goods we have in stock and note down the goods that were not in stock. We do this so that you as a customer do not have to wait longer than necessary. Skigo then sends the remaining listed goods home to you or your agent, this free of charge.

    Ordering and payment

    Do I receive a confirmation of my order?
    When you place your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation in your email. If not, check your trash box in your email.
    How can I pay with you?
    You can pay by card (Visa and Mastercard). We use payment services from Swedbank.
    Can I buy on credit?
    No.

    Returns and exchanges

    As a consumer, you always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the product or a significant part of it in accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts. You as a customer are responsible for any return shipping but can buy a return slip from us. You as a customer obviously have the right to try and examine the product at home to ensure that the product meets your expectations. If you return an unused item with associated labels and packaging within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded. If the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you as a customer having handled it more than is necessary to examine its properties or functions, a deduction will be made on the refund corresponding to the depreciation of the product.
