Note, for Norway, the Norwegian Post adds to the cost of administration, customs and VAT. Hence higher shipping charges to Norway.


Delivery time

We send all orders within 2 working days. Postnord then takes about 2-5 days to deliver (normal case) in Sweden.  To the rest of Europe it takes about a week after the goods have been sent


Payment options

Your payment is made via a secure credit card server. The service is delivered by Swedbank.


Establishment of a purchase agreement

Skigo’s products can be ordered at or via our customer service. A purchase agreement is established when your order has been confirmed by Skigo via e-mail to the e-mail address you specified when ordering. By ordering, you accept the terms and conditions stated here.


Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the product or a significant part of it in accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. You as a customer are responsible for return shipping.

If you return an unused item with associated labels and packaging within 14 days, the amount will be refunded.

When returning, you are at risk for the product, therefore it is important that the product will not be damaged during transport. To avoid a depreciation deduction, the product should be returned in its original packaging, all labels should remain and manuals should be sent. It is important that outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not pasted on the original packaging.

When buying gliders, the seal must not be broken, such goods with a broken seal can not be returned.

Returns can not be sent against Cash on Delivery. After receipt and approved return, refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from the time we received the return. Repayment is made by returning to the used payment card. Costs for services linked to delivery such as express pack and postal advance fee are not reimbursed upon return.

To enable a possible return, you need to be able to demonstrate a purchase and we recommend that you save the order confirmation and payment reference as a receipt for your purchase.



From the day the return is received by us, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days.


Complaint / warranty

If the delivery is incorrect or damaged, you can complain about it. The order confirmation sent by email is your proof of guarantee. With us, guarantees apply based on what our brand states (usually 1 year). The guarantee does not cover transport costs. In the event of transport damage, this must be reported to the delivery point.

When you start your order, you agree that we store and handle your information in order to deliver what you have ordered. You have the right to request that we delete the information we have stored about you (your orders in the store). You also have the right to request information about what information we have stored about you (your orders).

A copy of the order is sent via e-mail to the store owner (Skigo). The e-mail notification is used so that we do not miss incoming orders and be able to deliver as soon as possible.
