Returns
We offer 30 days open purchase from the day you received your order. To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as when you got it: unused, with original packaging and any labels left.
No return on:

Consuming products (eg Valla used/opened).

Gift certificate.

REAVAROR (only refund if the item is defective or damaged).

The customer pays the return shipping himself. We recommend traceable shipment.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the return, we send a confirmation via email. If the return is approved, the amount is refunded within 10 working days via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Replacements
If you want to change an item, we recommend that you return it first and make a new order in the webshop.
