Welcome to Skigo AB's webshop. By using our website and our services, you consent to the following terms. Read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

This site is run by Skigo AB (org.no 556518-9379), with address Fasadvägen 9, 981 41 Kiruna, Sweden. By visiting our website or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Orders and payment

  • All orders are made through our webshop on skigoshopen.se.

  • We accept payment through the payment methods specified in the cash register (eg card, Klarna, Swish).

  • All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.

  • We reserve the right to deny an order if the item is in stock, if the payment does not go through or in case of suspected fraud.

3. Shipment

  • We send orders from our warehouse in Kiruna or from Virserum.

  • Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 working days.

  • Free shipping applies when purchasing over SEK 599 (within Sweden). Other conditions apply to international deliveries.

4. Returns and complaints

  • You have a 30 day right of withdrawal from the time you received your order.

  • Returns should be made in original packaging and in unused condition. The customer pays the return shipping.

  • In case of defective or incorrect goods, you have the right to advertise under the Consumer Purchase Act.

5. Use of the site

  • You may not use our website for illegal purposes or in a way that harms Skigo AB.

  • The content of the site (texts, pictures, logos) belongs to Skigo AB and may not be used without our consent.

6. Limitation of liability

  • Skigo AB is not responsible for indirect injuries, consequential damage or missing profits that may arise in connection with the use of the site or products purchased from us.

  • Our responsibility is always limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Changes of Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on the site.
