Shipping policy

Deliveries within Sweden

• All orders are sent from our warehouse in Virserum or Kiruna

• Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days.

• Orders made before. 12.00 Weekdays are usually sent the same day.

• Free shipping is valid for orders over SEK 599. For orders under SEK 599, a shipping cost of SEK 49 will be added.

International deliveries

• We send to the entire EU and several other countries.

• Delivery times vary depending on destination, normally 5-10 working days.

• Shipping cost:

  • EU: SEK 99 (free when buying over SEK 1000).

  • The rest of the world: SEK 99-199 depending on land.

Tracking of Package
Once your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation with tracking number via email or SMS.

Unproved packages
If a package is not collected, an administrative fee of SEK 150 will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Transport damage
If your package is damaged on delivery, you must immediately report this to the carrier and contact us at info@skigo.se
